- This new local charge will be effective for all EXPORT/IMPORT shipments with ON BOARD/ARRIVAL DATE from 01ST JAN 2025.
- This new local charge will be payable either by the shipper or consignee (according to the individual agreements between the shipper/consignee) and prior to the release of the cargo and/or Original B/L.
